Today we were reminded again of the faithfulness of our God. We have no 'breakthroughs' to speak of but have been wonderfully and tenderly cared for by our loving Father. He has encouraged us through many of you. We give God all the glory!
We have been on the phone with Alex and the orphanage. They are excitedly preparing a place for us to stay if we choose to go without our trailer. A dear friend asked us to consider a different route and be open to other ways to get there. The Lord has already been speaking to us about this and we are open. Right now the weather is not permitting us to go anywhere...so we are resting in Him under the big sky of Texas.
Tonight we are going to watch the movie, "Facing the Giants" as suggested by Jim Morgan. We just happen to have that movie with us. :) If any of you are facing giants, please know that God will be faithful even if you have to pull back and regroup. He will faithfully minister to you in the desert and strengthen your walk. Holding patterns are often a time of rich communion with a BIG God. We are soaking Him in...and He is truly the lover of our souls. Peace to you.
